This sujihiki knife has been sharpened to a single-bevel-like edge, approximately 9:1 or 8:2. It features a dimpled surface on one side, designed for easy food release. The knife is in excellent condition with minimal signs of use.

The sujihiki knife is a slender slicing knife ideal for cutting meat and trimming sinew. Its smooth blade movement makes it perfect for precise cuts.

This knife is single-edged and made of stainless steel, making it rust-resistant and easy to maintain.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle it with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.
