Kruiden-rijstmix met warm water aanmaken, ongeveer 10 minuten laten staan en er vlees aan toevoegen.

Anijszaad, brandnetel, caroteenpoeder, erwt, fenegriek, goudsbloem, kamille, kervel, lijnzaad, maïs, paardenbloem, pepermunt, peterselie, prei, rozenbottel, rozemarijn, tijm, wortelstukjes en zeewier.
